CLASSIC SPONGE
The Victoria Sponge cake can be made 6 inches or 8 inches. It can be made the following ways.
Light Vanilla with cream or buttercream & raspberry topped with fresh strawberry or raspberry.

Lemon Zest with freshly squeezed lemons, topped & filled with lemon buttercream & homemade lemon curd.

Red Velvet with white chocolate & cream cheese filling.
Chocolate Sponge with chocolate buttercream or for £2 extra, chocolate ganache.
Coffee & Walnut with light coffee sponge, filled with coffee & walnut buttercream filling.
